The Art of Cheesemaking

Stefanie Angstadt and her colleagues have been producing cheese at the Valley Milkhouse since 2012, and believe it or not, she’s willing to share their secrets! Come spend a few hours learning the history, craft, and techniques of cheesemaking. We’ll provide the materials, and you’ll get to take home your cheese-in-the-making.
Register at least one week prior to class to ensure enrollment.  A full refund will be given for any cancelled workshops.  All prices include materials.  Unless otherwise noted, workshops are open to all ages, but children 12 years old and under must be accompanied by an adult.
