In collaboration with The Dominican Association of Pennsylvania, the Jewish Federation of Reading/Berks, Centro Hispano, CICOP Ministry, and the NAACP Reading Branch, Bring The Change is bringing you a vibrant celebration of culture.
Join us to savor diverse cuisines, groove to captivating dances, immerse yourself in soulful poetry, be enchanted by enchanting music, and more! Experience special performances, engaging games, and an array of vendors.
